1. General

1.1 By placing an order via the gravinkristallen webshop you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Gravinkristallen

2. Order

2.1. Orders can be cancelled by e-mail within 24 hours.

 

3. Prices

3.1 All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

3.2 All prices are subject to price changes and/or typing errors.

 

4. Payments

4.1 Payments must be made via ideal, paypal, bancontact or similar foreign payment method or advance transfer. 

 

5. Shipping/delivery

5.1 After receipt of payment to Ravencrystals, your order will be offered to DPD the next working day and delivered to you as soon as possible. Holidays and shopping trips are clearly stated at the top of the homepage of the website. And also on the order form while filling in the order form.

5.2 Exceeding the delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation. With normal crowds, the shipment from Germany takes 2 days to Belgium and Netherlands if it is delivered to the DPD point by us. To other countries In EU it may take longer.

5.3 Ravencrystals is not liable for loss or damage by the parcel service. All packages have insurance. The costs for loss or damage can be recovered by Gravinkristallen at the relevant parcel service, please keep all packaging well and take photos of the packaging and packaging material.

 

6. Return policy / Right of withdrawal

6.1 During the trial period of 14 days you have a right of withdrawal, whereby you have the possibility to withdraw without any obligation, other than paying the retourcosts yourself.

6.2 After the expiry of this trial period, the purchase agreement becomes binding.

6.3 The trial period of 14 days does not apply to items that are made on request or custom-made, the purchase contract is immediately binding. Subsequently, the relevant items must be returned in good condition (undamaged and if reasonably possible in original packaging) within 14 days.

6.5 Upon receipt, the purchase amount of the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs will not be returned.

 

7.0 Defective product

7.1 RAvencrystals obliges the customer to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report the defects found within 24 hours by e-mail.

7.2 If you want to return due to defects in the product, you must contact us via the website of Gravinkristallen. Clearly state what the defects are and take photos. RAvencrystals always leave all sold products on the website until they are received. You can then check whether you have indeed received the ordered crystal.

 

8.0 Liability

8.1 The colour of images of products on our website may vary slightly. At all times we try to approximate the actual color as accurately as possible. RAvencrystals puts the crystals at their best in the photo and does not use any trickery for this. Gravin crystals also shows if there is an ugly part to it. A defect, especially with cut stones, will be mentioned and / or photographed.

 

9.0 Applicable law

9.1 We revoke ourselves under Dutch law. and the German Datenschutz.

9.2 It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email via the website of Gravinkristallen. We will respond to your complaint within 2 working days at the latest.
